Sanctuary Care Limited, a subsidiary of Sanctuary Housing Association, is a leading provider of care services. We are currently seeking a skilled Sanctuary Care Maintenance Assistant to join our team at The Manse Residential Care Home in South Norwood, London.

About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the safety and well-being of our residents and staff by maintaining the overall presentation of the home and garden.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including occasional visits to other homes to provide cover or as part of planned maintenance activities. To succeed in this role, you will need a valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.

Your Compensation and Benefits:
  • A salary of £13.53 per hour
  • Occupational sick pay after 12 months service (for those on contracted hours only and subject to qualifying period)
