We're seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at The Manse Residential Care Home in South Norwood, London. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working 33 hours per week, with a salary of £12.25 per hour. You'll be responsible for providing personalized care to residents, supporting them with daily activities, and maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a flexible approach. Experience in care or healthcare is desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of resident needs and preferences, with the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care, maintain accurate records, and participate in regular team meetings.

In addition to providing high-quality care, you'll also be responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and reporting any concerns or incidents to management.

Requirements
