Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Care Support Assistant to join our team at Trevern. In this role, you will provide personal care and support to residents, promote their independence and dignity, and contribute to a positive and supportive care environment.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Assisting residents with medication management, meal preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care and activities.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
