As a Residential Care Worker Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents at The Green Residential Care Home in Redruth. You will work closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring that each resident receives tailored attention and assistance to meet their unique needs and preferences.

Your duties will include assisting residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as participating in leisure and social activities designed to promote their physical and emotional well-being. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and reporting any concerns or issues to your supervisor.
