Culinary Care Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Culinary Care Specialist to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary care to our residents.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified chef to take on a challenging role within our kitchen team. As a Culinary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality food to our residents. You will also manage the kitchen team, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Prepare, cook, and serve food to residents in line with nutritional requirements and dietary preferences
    • Manage the kitchen team, including training and development, performance management, and recruitment
    • Maintain accurate records, including stock levels, inventory, and orders
    • Ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently, including catering for special events and seasonal activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • • A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food
    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or hospitality setting
    • Relevant hygiene certificates and qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
