We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at BAM UK & Ireland. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with agreed recipes and methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of meals: cook food in accordance with agreed recipes/methods
  • Prepare ingredients for meals
  • Adhering to current HACCP and food safety regulations & procedures
  • Evaluate kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a catering environment and within a team, as well as knowledge of health and safety good practice in the kitchen.

**Estimated Salary:** £11.98 per hour
