Job Title: Housing Improvement Programme Lead

About the Role:

The Housing Improvement Programme Lead will play a crucial role in driving system-wide change and delivering priority work packages and projects to respond to recent regulatory judgements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation and lead programme teams to deliver strategic housing improvement programmes.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on relevant programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with council objectives and targets.
  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to influence improved services and outcomes for residents.
  • Manage resources effectively to balance risk and need, ensuring expenditure is contained within budget.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
