This programme provides successful candidates with a number of rotational placements across our Development teams, including land, development management, project management, on-site delivery, sales, and marketing.

Through this two-year graduate programme, you will gain relevant training and work experience, allowing you to grow into a competent, professional, and well-rounded member of the Development business with a strong understanding of what each team does and how they operate.

Our structured programme supports you with a graduate competency matrix, and we also provide management training through an external course, where you will earn an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification.

The Company

Candidates will be part of the largest housing provider in the country, Clarion Housing Group. Our company is committed to tackling the housing crisis, both as a social landlord and developer of new housing.

We strive to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, can be themselves, and knows they can reach their full potential. We celebrate our differences through various initiatives and support colleagues through staff networks.

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of regional Development teams while developing skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Local Authorities, developer partners, and housing management colleagues.

Responsibilities include supporting residential projects, mixed tenure schemes, and contributing to the operation of regional Development teams.

This position offers a unique chance for growth and development within a dynamic organization.
