About the Position

CWI is looking for a Supported Living Programme Lead to oversee the daily operations of our supported housing sites in Brent, Luton, and Brixton. The successful candidate will have experience in supported housing management or a similar field.

About the Role

The Supported Living Programme Lead will be responsible for overseeing support workers, managing risk and needs assessments, and developing personalized support plans for tenants. They will also oversee property-related daily operations, maintain accurate documentation, and lead and manage support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tenant Support and Care Coordination: Ensure regular monitoring of tenants, manage risk and needs assessments, and address individual tenant requirements through personalized support plans;
  • Operational Management: Oversight of property-related daily operations to maintain high standards in compliance, policies, and health and safety while ensuring accurate and timely documentation;
  • Team Management: Lead and manage support staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and appraisals, promoting a positive and accountable work environment;
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor property budgets and ensure all tenant payments, housing costs, and service charges are met, collaborating with the finance team for accurate financial reporting;
  • Community and External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, social care services, and other agencies;

Salary: circa £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience (up to 3 years ideal) in supported housing management or a similar field with a strong understanding of tenant support needs and housing management;
  • Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners;
