About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Community Coach to join our team at Forest Green Rovers Football Club. As a Community Coach, you will play a key role in delivering our community-focused initiatives and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement community-focused programmes and initiatives that align with the club's values and goals.
  2. Build strong relationships with local schools, clubs, and community organisations to promote the club's community work.
  3. Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to children and young people, focusing on football skills and personal development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge and experience of working with children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the FA Coaching Pathway and a willingness to develop your coaching skills further.
Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£38,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, Simply Health Benefits Scheme, EAP Support, Generous pension scheme, and Life Assurance Policy.
