About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a permanent role with Monday-Thursday 7am-5:15pm, Fridays 7am-1pm working hours, earning an estimated salary of £38,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience). As a Training and Development Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing high rates of weld repairs and providing guidance for improvements, supporting NPI welding and product manufacture procedure activity, and operating and maintaining MIG and TIG machines and related tools and equipment.
