About the Role

As an Assistant Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality childcare practices to meet the needs of all children.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the nursery is always up-to-date with the latest health and safety guidelines.
  • Supporting and supervising staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional childcare services.
  • Establishing strong relationships with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assisting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
