Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is a dynamic healthcare organization that is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking an experienced NHS Care Team Lead to join our team and lead our care coordination efforts. \

About the Role: \

As a NHS Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of patient care, managing team performance, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team. You will also be involved in strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. \

Requirements: \

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should possess a good standard of general education (GCSE or equivalent) and be willing to undertake training to meet competency frameworks. \

A valid UK driving license and use of a vehicle are essential for this position, as you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. \

What We Offer: \

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. \
