Qualified Social Worker
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Safeguarding Team in Flintshire. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Children’s Social Work team in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Section 47 investigations, managing complex cases and liaising with other professionals
- Hold a case load of Child Protection cases, providing high-quality support to vulnerable children and families
- Manage a caseload, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of duties
- Support private proceedings and Local Authority care applications, representing the organization in court
- Liaise with other professionals, including police, health services, and education providers
- A competitive hourly rate of £25-£35 per hour, dependent on experience and pay scheme selected
