Advanced Rehabilitation Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Rehabilitation Practitioner to join our team at Velindre University NHS Trust. As a specialist in rehabilitation, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide expert care to cancer patients. Your expertise in assessment and rehabilitation will enable patients to live well with the impact of cancer.
About the RoleYou will work in a dynamic environment, providing flexible cover across our 7-day service. You will be involved in working closely with carers and families to facilitate return to function and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessments and interventions to patients in acute oncology, ambulatory care, and inpatient services
- Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans to support patient recovery
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Professional registration HCPC
- Registration with CSP
- Evidence of recent study
The estimated salary for this role is £48,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
