Job Description:
As an HR Advisor with Multitask Personnel Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our client's People Strategy. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for employee relations, policy interpretation, and contributing to various HR projects.

The Role:
Main duties include mainly ER and absence management casework, working as a generalist role. You will assist in preparing document bundles for hearings and tribunals, contribute to developing and updating HR policies and procedures, and provide support for organisational changes like TUPE and redundancies.

About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to multitask and develop your skills in employee relations, case management, and policy development. You will be working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and other members of the HR department.

Your Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need a CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR Management and CIPD Associate membership. You should also have previous experience as an HR Advisor, with a strong understanding of employee relations case management. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and ICT systems, are essential. A driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Compensation Package:
You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £18.10 per hour. This placement is expected to last between 6-8 weeks and will involve working 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility for remote work. The location of this role is Doncaster, with flexible working options available.
