GXO are currently looking for a** HR Advisor** to join us at our ASOS site in **Doncaster**. You will provide timely, effective, and comprehensive support to line managers in all aspects of Human Resources and act as a strong 'number two' to the site HR Manager.

This is a full time, permanent role working **Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00** with a degree of flexibility to meet the needs of the operation.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£36,000** per annum, and 264 hours annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support the HR Manager in the delivery of the immediate and long-term objectives of the site and to develop and deliver the People Plan
- Develop and upskill the HR Team in line with our values, to ensure we provide timely, effective, and comprehensive support to line managers and stakeholders
- Effectively manage complex Employee Relations (ER)and Policy issues, as well as proactively reviewing ER trends
- Work in partnership with the HR Team and identify ER solutions that will continuously improve the management of ER challenges across the business

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar senior HR Advisor / generalist role, ideally within a unionised environment
- Excellent knowledge of HR policy, best practice, employee relations and change management approaches
- Experience in engaging large groups of people and getting involved in engagement campaigns, with the ability to draw together and analyse different arguments
