About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Risk Governance Professional to join our Data, Risk and Governance Team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the governance and compliance landscape at Helen & Douglas House.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the risk management procedure, providing assurance to the Board of Trustees & Executive Team that the charity is fulfilling its legislative and compliance obligations. Key responsibilities include developing and embedding processes and standards to ensure effective policies are in place.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in risk management, policy, and governance, as well as regulatory knowledge.
  • You possess strong influencing and relationship management skills.

Helen & Douglas House is a registered hospice charity based in Oxford, providing palliative, respite, end-of-life and bereavement care to life-limited children and their families.
