  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized care plans, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring open and transparent communication.
  • Mentor new colleagues, providing guidance and support to enhance their practice and skills.

Requirements:

  • A positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing resident-centered care.
  • Flexibility to work every other weekend and varying shifts, including 12-hour rotations.
  • Knowledge of basic life support, manual handling, and infection control procedures.
  • Care experience is desirable, but not essential – we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
