About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Providing emotional support to individuals and their families">
  • Offering enthusiastic and compassionate care to contribute to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing">
  • Being motivated and recognising the importance of your role in supporting a client with complex care needs">
  • Comfortably assisting clients with limited mobility">
  • Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication">
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the individual">
  • Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns">
  • Accurate and timely record keeping and incident/accident reports">
  • Working collaboratively with the management team on a rolling rota basis">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Right to work in the UK">
  • DBS Check on the Update Service (one can be applied for upon application if you do not have one)">
  • Proof of Mandatory Training (If none, free training will be provided as part of the compliance process)">
  • 2 x References">
  • A minimum of 3-6 months' experience of being a carer/support worker in any setting (nursing home, private own homes, supported living)">
