Job Title: Agility, Heelwork to Music, and Working Trials Liaison Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Canine Activities Department as an Agility, Heelwork to Music, and Working Trials Liaison Advisor. This is a full-time, permanent position based in London/Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to participants of agility, heelwork to music, and working trials through responding to enquiries and being the primary contact for agility participants at The Kennel Club.
  • Offer secretarial services to the Activities Committee, Agility Liaison Council, and for the Heelwork to Music and working trials and working parties.
  • Manage agility, heelwork to music, and working trials liaisons both online and in person, facilitating online and face-to-face meetings of liaison councils as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • A strong knowledge of Kennel Club Agility, Heelwork to Music, and Working Trials rules and regulations.
  • A good understanding of Agility, Heelwork to Music, and Working Trials.
  • Experience in complaints handling.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work alongside other members of the team.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £33,000 - £36,000 per annum.
