At Rexel UK, we're committed to developing talent and driving internal progression. As a Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operation and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. This will involve driving repeat sales and providing training and coaching to the internal sales team and branch assistants to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities will include commercially managing a business unit/branch within the industrial supplies sector, working under pressure in a fast-paced role, and maintaining a consistent eye for detail. You'll also need to be able to influence across a cross-functional team to deliver target performance.

We're looking for someone with previous management experience within a wholesale environment, a fresh and innovative approach to sales, and the ability to attract new customers to drive branch sales. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, intermediate IT skills, and a full UK driving license, we'd love to hear from you.
