The Guest Services Coordinator is a key member of our front office team, responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage non-vip allocation for the day and future days, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional guest service, covering guest service roles as needed, and monitoring guest emails and requests.
- Implement queue room procedures to minimize wait times and enhance guest experience.
- Review arrival lists and allocate rooms according to guest preferences, length of stay, and notes.
- Prepare for group arrivals, ensuring smooth check-ins and departures.
- Collaborate with senior shift leaders and shift leaders to optimize customer service goals.
- Perform administrative tasks, including arrival checks, no-shows, and traces.
- Identify upsell opportunities for future days and communicate with guests.
- Maintain effective communication with operational departments.
