About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Care Operations Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our care operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of our care operations
  • Accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients
  • Take care enquiries and conduct initial consultations to onboard new clients
  • Develop and implement care plans, and conduct regular reviews to ensure the safe and legal delivery of care
  • Implement company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Organize and participate in regular staff meetings, and ensure the training and development of our care professionals
  • Manage and support the care team in the community, and ensure the effective management of on-call duties
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the home care sector, preferably in domiciliary and live-in care
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory responsibilities, including CQC standards and regulations
  • NVQ Level 3 in care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to manage own time and be proactive
  • Full driver's license
