We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Residential service in Penwortham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to get to know the individuals we support, contribute to the development of their person-centred plan, and ensure their needs and wants are met.

You will be required to complete daily documentation and maintain a friendly and professional approach, even in challenging situations. Previous experience in Support Work is advantageous, but we welcome applicants new to the sector, as full training is provided. To work as a Support Worker for Blue Ribbon Health and Wellbeing, you must be at least 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Previous experience in Support Work (advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
