About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
- Help clients to follow individual care plans and support them with their medication.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients.
Requirements
- No previous social care experience is necessary, we are more interested in your compassion and ability to care.
- You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
