We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our Residential service in Penwortham. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a can-do approach, and a genuine passion for providing effective support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities.

You will be responsible for getting to know the individuals we support, contributing to the development of their person-centred plan, and seeking to meet their needs and wants. Daily documentation and maintaining a friendly and professional approach are essential, even when managing complex and challenging behaviours.

Previous experience in Support Work is advantageous, but applicants new to the sector will be considered, as full training is provided. To work as a Support Worker for Blue Ribbon Health and Wellbeing, you must be at least 18 years old. This is a Full-time position, and we do not offer Sponsorship.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will have access to competitive pay rates, Premium Overtime rates, and Double time for Bank Holidays.
