**Job Title:** Housing Stability Specialist

At Vox Network Consultants, we are committed to providing exceptional services to individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Housing Stability Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping applicants move into suitable and sustainable housing.

The Resilience team works collaboratively with partners to achieve this goal. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing specialist housing and support pathways for homeless applicants with complex needs, such as survivors of domestic abuse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to homeless applicants and key partners.
  • Deliver specialist homelessness casework to survivors of domestic abuse, ensuring all aspects of casework align with legislation, strategies, policies, and initiatives at national, regional, and local levels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve outcomes for domestic abuse survivors with housing needs.
  • Contribute to the dissemination and embedding of safeguarding best practice across the Housing Advisory Service.
  • Support the development of the Resilience Team and wider Housing Advisory Service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and policies.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
