Pillar Nonprofit Network is a community where youth are empowered to reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Stability Worker to join our team.

Job Description

As a key member of our Housing First program, the Housing Stability Worker will provide intensive case management services to youth residing in our residential housing units. This includes working with youth who have experienced homelessness and trauma, providing support and referrals to address their needs, and administering SPDAT assessments to ensure effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with community partners to address the needs of youth who have experienced homelessness and trauma.
  2. Providing one-on-one coaching on life skills, including engaging youth in regular cleaning of living space.
  3. Utilizing de-escalation strategies to support youth experiencing trauma, mental health, or behavioral challenges.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • A minimum of 2 years related case management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of local support services for youth.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • First Aid/CPR certification required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
