Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Stability Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in risk management and will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and collaborating with traders and portfolio managers to assess the risk-return profile of trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, measure, and monitor risks associated with trading activities.
• Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and controls to mitigate market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks.
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and trading strategies to anticipate and respond to potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with traders and portfolio managers to assess the risk-return profile of trading strategies and optimize portfolio performance.
• Prepare and present risk reports and insights to senior management and relevant committees, highlighting key risk exposures and emerging trends.

Salary
$150,000 - $220,000 per annum.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) preferred. Previous experience in risk management within a fixed income trading environment, with a strong understanding of financial markets, products, and risk metrics.
