Tenancy Sustainment Officer Role

Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a vital service to homeless individuals, working closely with clients to identify potential risks to their tenancies and develop strategies to maintain stability.

Main Duties:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans to prevent homelessness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
  • Provide clear, concise advice to clients on their options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their housing situation.
  • Ensure all cases are progressed efficiently, meeting set targets and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention.

Compensation Package: This position offers a salary of £22.44 per hour, taking into account the demands of working in Tower Hamlets and the importance of this role in addressing homelessness.
