Building Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Compliance Manager to join our team at Nestlé SA. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical services and compliance of our office buildings and facilities meet legislative requirements and company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing technical building compliance for our owned and leased offices
- Identifying and delivering capital investment and improvement projects related to technical services
- Managing budgets for proactive and reactive maintenance
- Leading and tracking service improvement initiatives in partnership with our facilities provider
- Contract managing KPIs, driving quality, performance, and customer service management
As a Building Compliance Manager, you will work closely with our selected third-party facilities provider and internal stakeholders to ensure a 'Best in Class' service. You will be responsible for technical service lead for the NUK&I integrated facilities management scoping & delivery, stakeholder management and escalation route for NUK&I with the integrated facilities management partner, property & workplace managers and support teams.
Requirements include:
- Previous Facilities Management experience that can be demonstrated with a professional body or equivalent
- Compliance Management Qualifications such as Fire/Legionella/Asbestos
- Great communication skills that enable you to influence and develop positive relationships across all levels of the business
- Project Management experience, delivering multiple projects concurrently of varying scale and scope from concept, inception and through implementation to final delivery
