Job Profile:

The Property Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential buildings, an office building, and a boutique, all located in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the upkeep, refurbishment, and commercial performance of these properties.

This is a proactive role that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and a strong understanding of the commercial property market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on all aspects of the property portfolio, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Liaise with design teams on floor plans and mood boards, to negotiate prices and to order furnishings.
  • Maintain master schedules and time-frames of fit-out and furnishing programmes.
  • Lead development teams from start to end of project, coordinating work of contractors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Implement, consolidate and track property data centrally and manage upkeep tasks in priority order.
  • Manage disposals and acquisitions processes.
  • Leading planned and unplanned maintenance projects.
  • 'Hands on' member of the delivery team for construction and development sites.
  • Ensure buildings and facilities comply with health and safety legislation.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work during emergencies.
Person Specification:
  • Direct experience of asset management.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, managing project from start to finish.
  • Ability to organise and plan own work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication with a wide range of contacts both internal and external.
  • A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise to achieve successful outcomes.
