Job Title: Internal Sales and Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Brellis Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the artwork process, and supporting the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide full support for customer queries and orders by phone and email.
  • Artwork Management: Manage the artwork process internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
  • Support for Sales Director: Provide pricing, previous order information, and other necessary support when the Sales Director is on the road.
  • Logistics and Administration: Manage the production samples, prepare and send samples as required, generate purchase orders using SAP, and send out sales order acknowledgments daily.
  • Liaison with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers to track orders and ensure they are delivered on time.
  • Business Development: Support business development activities including data analysis, calling lapsed clients, and calling new customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Able to work in the office full-time.
  • Previous experience in Order Processing, Account Management, Internal Sales, or B2B Customer Service environments.
  • Desirable: Account Management experience including building relationships with existing customers and handling the entire account management process.
