About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is delighted to support a niche high growth manufacturing organisation in recruiting a Finance Manager/Business Partner for their Leamington Spa site. The company anticipates significant growth over the next few years and is looking to expand their team within Finance.

Your New Role

You will act as a business partner to two business strands, leading in annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting. You will also manage bill of materials for the manufacturing site, produce business cases for new products and potential revenue streams, and be involved in due diligence and appraisal of future acquisitions.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for a fully qualified Commercial Business Partner with extensive experience in stakeholder management. A background in automotive, manufacturing, or similar would be beneficial, as would a proven track record working within a growth business. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with non-finance individuals and explain complex financial information clearly.
