About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead our brand marketing efforts across EMEA.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans to achieve category P&L targets.
  • Manage and market categories, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Supervise pricing strategy for categories.
  • Create and manage regional marketing plans.
  • Lead and deliver seasonal marketing workshops to launch necessary conversations for seasonal executions.
  • Own and manage marketing CMB w GTM Manager.
  • Manage and influence sales requests and relationships.
  • Influence global brand marketing teams to deliver calendars and marketing campaigns to drive EMEA relevant strategy.
  • Manage adaptations of global marketing campaigns to deliver EMEA relevant stories.
  • Lead and manage external PR teams and in-country partners to deliver seasonal launches.
  • Drive, collaborate, and manage centers of excellence to deliver seasonal activations, assets, and monthly reporting where relevant.
  • Drive and manage key sports and outdoor retailer relationships.
  • Own and manage brand advocates program.
  • Establish and negotiate relevant consumer events.
  • Lead CSR programs (e.g., Parks for All, Osprey AMG).
  • Develop, implement, and manage the new GTM process.
  • Lead, manage, and deliver the GTM process on short, mid, and long-term planning pipelines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure coordinated alignment between all departments (marketing, sales, product) to deliver season.
  • Collaborate and influence the global GTM team to ensure EMEA input is taken at the correct moment to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage and execute annual brand tracker research.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; French a plus.

Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
