We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cheam Sutton Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained, while also supporting the development of our staff team.
As a Senior Room Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team, role modelling best practice and ensuring that every individual child's needs are met. You will also take ownership of observation, assessments and planning for your key children, in line with EYFS, and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our nursery management team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, while also contributing to the development of our staff team through coaching, guiding and managing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* To be the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with the nursery management team
* To ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs
* To take ownership of observation, assessments and planning for your key children, in line with EYFS
* To provide developmentally challenging next steps for your key children
* To guide, coach and manage our team of practitioners
