About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as a Senior Nursery Room Manager at Busy Bees Cheam Sutton Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to our children.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Conduct observations, assessments, and planning for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of care and education.
