We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cheam Sutton Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained. You will be responsible for observing, assessing, and planning for the children in your care, as well as providing developmentally challenging next steps and supporting the staff team.

About the Role

  • Lead the nursery team and ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies for children.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of children.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
