About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cheam Park Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery and the delivery of our company's vision and values.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and qualified childcare professional who has a proven track record of leadership and management. You will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
