About This Opportunity:This dynamic SEN School in Worcester seeks a skilled Special Needs Learning Support Worker to support the education and well-being of its students.
The ideal candidate will possess experience working with children with varying levels of need, from physical disabilities to learning difficulties.

Main Job Duties:- Work closely with classroom teachers to plan engaging activities and lessons
- Develop positive relationships with students, promoting social skills and self-confidence
- Create a secure and inclusive learning space that fosters academic achievement and emotional well-being
- Provide personal care and assist with daily living tasks when necessary
- Offer additional support during lessons and activities
- A kind-hearted and dependable individual with a genuine interest in supporting students with special needs
- Experience with personal care and supporting students with complex needs
- Preference given to candidates holding relevant qualifications such as PECs, BSL, Makaton, or TEACHH
