Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Second Pizza Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead shifts and take ownership in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, including deep cleans.
  • Train and develop the team alongside the Head Chef.
  • Complete all prep work as required and take responsibility for your workstation.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on pizza making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work weekends.
