Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Second Pizza Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead shifts and take ownership in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, including deep cleans.
- Train and develop the team alongside the Head Chef.
- Complete all prep work as required and take responsibility for your workstation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve our goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on pizza making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work weekends.
