Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the kitchen service is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Leading shifts and taking ownership in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Training and developing the team alongside the Head Chef.
  • Completing all prep tasks as required and taking responsibility for your workstation.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve our goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone with previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Someone with a good command of English.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys being part of a team.
  • Someone who is willing to work weekends.
