We have been recognized as one of London's most cherished dining spots, earning accolades such as Best Cheap Eats and being voted the city's favorite pizza.

Your Role:

  • Overseeing the seamless operation of kitchen services.
  • Taking charge of shifts and stepping up in the Head Chef's absence.
  • Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and organizing thorough cleaning sessions.
  • Assisting in training team members alongside the Head Chef.
  • Completing necessary preparations and managing your designated workstation.
  • Collaborating effectively with the broader team.

What We Seek:

  • A candidate with prior experience in dough preparation and baking within a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work during weekends.
