Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second Pizza Chef to join our team. As a Second Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, leading shifts, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen service is running efficiently and effectively.
- Lead shifts and take ownership in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Train and develop the team alongside the Head Chef.
- Complete all prep work as required and take responsibility for your workstation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Good command of English language.
