Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to play a key role in a significant transformation program, driven by business expansion. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of large-scale projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality criteria.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Analyse project performance and recommend corrective action to cover gaps.
- Develop and maintain project disciplines and controls to ensure controlled project delivery.
- Identify and manage risks to the project, implementing appropriate actions to mitigate risk using risk management techniques.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in financial services project management, preferably in the Life and Pension sector.
- Business Process Outsourcing experience.
- System deployment experience.
- Business Process Re-engineering experience.
- Effective stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
