About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our Aviva team. As a key member of our Customer Science team, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our customers better and inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and embed innovative data science solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics and insights
  • Collaborate with AI/ML colleagues to generate actionable customer insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain large datasets for analytics purposes
Requirements
  • Educated to degree or post-graduate level in a numerate/programming-oriented subject
  • Proven experience in programming languages such as SQL or Python
  • Passionate about using customer data and advanced analytics expertise to drive business outcomes
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach and great team player skills

  • Starting salary between £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
