Post Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Post Transaction Specialist to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients as they navigate the transition from buy-in to buy-out and wind-up of their pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement detailed project plans to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their advisers, and insurers
- Utilize your technical knowledge of UK pensions and legislative requirements to provide expert advice
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
- Contribute to the development of the wider team's strategy and participate in new business tenders
- Demonstrable experience in a pensions consulting environment or with a bulk annuity provider
- Proven experience of insurer post-transaction processes and wider aspects of pension scheme wind-ups
- Excellent UK pensions technical knowledge and understanding of legislative requirements around wind-ups
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop detailed project plans and drive forward completion of tasks against timescales
- Ability to establish strong collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in leading and delivering presentations at client meetings
- Proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Capable of strategic thinking and suggesting solutions, whilst also recognising potential risks and issues
