About The Role
TC Facilities Management are seeking a dedicated professional to provide customer-focused postal services, porterage, meeting room setups, and other FM operational services to internal customers.
The successful candidate will manage special deliveries, external mail, and internal distribution, provide porterage and set up meeting rooms, maintain printers, shredders, and manage confidential waste, support housekeeping, and perform exterior grit spreading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage special deliveries, external mail, and internal distribution.
- Provide porterage and set up meeting rooms.
- Maintain printers, shredders, and manage confidential waste.
- Support housekeeping and perform exterior grit spreading.
- Assist with office moves, street events, and internal communications.
- Special deliveries & recording of mail.
- Distribute internal mail, parcels and samples.
- Replenish meeting room stationary.
- Ensure postal MI and reports are maintained.
- Ensure UPS / HDNL/ Yodel Courier services are booked in and distributed in a timely manner.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Methodical planning and flexibility under pressure.
- Initiative to suggest service improvements.
- Teamwork and cooperation, with a confident driving ability.
